Costs will vary depending upon the client's specific request and the various services they would like to have performed. Pricing is non-negotiable.
What is the cost for labor?
Labor costs are considered at the time at which the estimate is given. The length and size of the project will influence the overall estimate, but the client will be notified immediately.

Is Ryan a local resident?
Ryan was raised in Burke, Virginia, and attended Lake Braddock Secondary School and George Mason University. He is very familiar with the typical climate and weather patterns for this area, as well as the type of soils, all of which are factors that have a direct impact on the design and success of landscapes.

When does Ryan do estimates?
Estimates are typically conducted Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., and occasionally on Saturdays.

If you pay in March for the full upcoming "mowing season," you will receive a 5% discount.
Does Ryan have weekend hours?
Yes, if inclement weather has hampered weekday service, Ryan's crew will work on the weekends in order to make sure services are completed. Also, depending upon the project and its deadline, weekend hours are available.
What are your hours of operation during the week?
Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. We are closed on federal holidays.

Holidays follow the federal government's schedule.

WHO IS RYAN?
Ryan Minton began working at Burke Nursery in 1992. As he gained experience and knowledge about landscaping, he began doing small jobs on the side to make some extra money. Over time, his clientele grew, and Ryan used his parent's old caravan to transport his tools and supplies.
By 1998, and with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from George Mason University, Ryan's small jobs turned into larger ones, and today Ryan's Landscaping is one of the most honored residential and commercial landscaping forms in Northern Virginia.
